Dear Jeremy,

Wow, what can I say?  I still can’t believe that this past May 22, 2004, we celebrated 14 years of Marriage. Where did the time go?

It is incredible to me how much time has passed and through it all, we are more in love with each other than ever and I love how through the ups and downs we have always manage to come out stronger.

But the main reason for that is you. You are such a wonderful person inside and out.  From the moment I met you I knew you were special and yes I know it is going to sound cliché.  But I always feel fireworks when we kiss.   Babe, you are my best friend and soul mate.  As I told you when we first met.   I felt like I had known you all my life.

Jeremy, you are my rock and the hardest working person I know. I see you day in and day out as you walk out the door and how you don’t come home until really late at night. I know how much your job demands of you. But somehow you still find time to be there for our three beautiful children. You are one amazing father.

I still remember taking our vows in front of God and all our family and friends and how we both stared at one another with so much love.

Here we are 14 years later and the spark we felt then still remains with us. I love how you make me laugh and how we both are so into quoting famous movie scenes.  But the best part about you is how kind and supportive you are.

All you have ever done is encouraged me with all that I do. We are a team and I hope you know I will always be here to cheer you on.

I hope you know this. It has not always been easy when we have had different things in life happen along the way.    Mainly finances which have overtaken us many times but we keep pushing ahead and communicate.

You are my rock and I feel blessed I can always stay grounded because of you.

I love how you always compliment me each day. I work hard to always do the same.

I just wanted to let you know how much I love you even more know. Thank you for being my best friend and soul mate.  I feel truly blessed by you and the kids.

I will leave you with the lyrics to one of our wedding songs, “It Had to Be You”  by the amazing Frank Sinatra.

It  had to be you, it had to be you
I wandered around and finally found, that somebody who
Could make me be true
Could make me feel blue
And even be glad just to be sad, thinking of you.

Happy 14th Anniversary

Love You, Babe,

Sylvia
