How do we

find ways to be human

in an inhumane situation

How do we balance the risks

of being together

while being apart

We weren’t built

to stay this apart

for this long

Technology allows us

to see and hear

the ones we love

Nothing can replace

the feel of a hug

Nothing can replace

the feel of another’s  presence

Before we lose

what makes us human

in the first place –

Connection

Samantha Quain

I am a 25 year old graduate from Rowan University with a degree in Journalism and Radio/TV/Film. I have always enjoyed writing and reading, sometimes a little too much! I love all things Disney, Broadway, and dramatic. Currently working as a recruiter but would eventually want to get into writing professionally.
