HATE, FEAR, ANGER, LOVE

Hate Fear Anger Love

BITCH! I hate you!
Where is love?
YOU PIECE OF TRASH!
Where is LOVE?
You don’t know what love is.
Yeah, you say you’re in love,
but do you really know love?
YOU CAN’T!
Not truly, not if these things are in your heart!
Fear, Distrust, Lust, Evil!
You may be in love with someone,
But; until you know how
to love that person and enjoy all they bring to the table.
You need to step back and let them go.
Pluck a butterfly’s wings, he can’t fly.
He becomes inhibited, sad, and dependent; never free.
Your love can’t set him free.
WHY!
Because; you took away
the one thing that made him truly special.
Why! Fear!
Fear, is the demon of your soul.
Set fear free and learn the joys of love.
For if the butterfly has wings,
it will always fly back to you.
For love is not controlled by fear.

Plant, Cultivate, Grow, Repeat: Doing These Things Will Help You Soar - B.R. Henry I love writing, I am inspired by life events and emotions. I want my work to touch your heart and make you think. Poetry is my favorite genre, making rhymes with words that beat in time to the rhythm of your heart's deepest emotions brings me joy. Babette lives in Pennsylvania with her two children. She holds a Master's of English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University, as well a Bachelor's in Marketing from Virginia State University. She is a member of Sigma Tau Delta International English Honors Society. Babette enjoys writing poetry and trying her hand at short stories. Babette is active in her community; she runs a Daisy Brownie Girl Scout troop and is on the board for a Theatre Company. She works on projects for Autism Awareness, Homelessness, and Cancer. Babette's favorite motto is “The one who dies with the most toys wins”-Unknown
