He: The Destroyer Of My Dreams
This poem is a part of my upcoming thriller book, Battered Mind
He is the cause of all my nightmares
It is hard to go to sleep.
He is the cause of all the pain I feel
I can still see him beside me.
He consumes all of my thoughts
I do not have time to be calm.
He is a monster
and I am weak.
He controls all I do
I wonder when this will end?
He scares me
and I am left to wonder
When will I be able to break free
and be able to live peacefully?
He is the destroyer of my dreams.
