Heaven’s Doing the Time Warp
The sun shall not shine today.
For the heavens weep
for one of their own who has fallen.
It wasn’t anything malicious,
yet still they weep.
He walked with pride,
though never above
sitting with one in need one-on-one.
Always encouraging others
to reach for their dreams,
to try their best
And even as he was in pain
when he heard The Time Warp play,
you’d find him on the dance floor
so full of life and joy.
Even as I feel his loss here,
I know that heaven is now doing The Time Warp.
