I think I can I think I can,
I thought I could,
Who knew I could?
Did you? Did I? Did They?
Hey you, Yeah You,
Over there, back there,
left there, yes there.
Did you know; Oh did you know.
That now it is our time to go.
Farewell to thee, so long to me
goodbye says we.
We say goodbye to the year
We cry so long to poetry;
I bite my thumb at thee
Short story time I don’t have mine
Hollywood! It’s time to Facetime
I need my monsters ready on Vine
The screenplay’s the thing,
someone throw me a wing
It’s time to fly
Did you know, oh did you know
that now is our time to go.

B.R.Henry

Plant, Cultivate, Grow, Repeat: Doing These Things Will Help You Soar - B.R. Henry I love writing, I am inspired by life events and emotions. I want my work to touch your heart and make you think. Poetry is my favorite genre, making rhymes with words that beat in time to the rhythm of your heart's deepest emotions brings me joy. Babette lives in Pennsylvania with her two children. She holds a Master's of English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University, as well a Bachelor's in Marketing from Virginia State University. She is a member of Sigma Tau Delta International English Honors Society. Babette enjoys writing poetry and trying her hand at short stories. Babette is active in her community; she runs a Daisy Brownie Girl Scout troop and is on the board for a Theatre Company. She works on projects for Autism Awareness, Homelessness, and Cancer. Babette's favorite motto is “The one who dies with the most toys wins”-Unknown
