Spring is Near!

Flowers

Spring is around the corner
Pretty soon
The glistening snow
Will be replace
With blooming flowers

The trees will lose
Their darkness
And come alive
Again with
New misty green leaves
And birds singing
Along with the wind

The chilly, frosty air
Will turn to a sweet, warm breeze
And we can say goodbye to the
Heavy coats, boots, and mittens

Let our hair blow in the wind,
Wear floral dresses and skirts
Scandals and sunglasses

The warm sun will brighten
The world
Our hearts
Everyone around us

Spring is near
I feel the warm breeze
Against my body
And I can smell
flowers trying to peek through

People are smiling
And I think
Spring will help us all
Think positively
Bring Hope
Make us feel
Refresh

Spring is near
I can feel it in
The air and
In my heart.
