The Painter’s Hands

A poem about the hands of a painter
Created by Patricia Harris in Canva

The painter’s hands,

frail and steady,

bringing focus

to the canvas.

Tools of wood and hair

do nothing to impair,

the vision of the painter

the canvas must share.

Hands that bled

to keep the muse so fed,

show no hesitation

in the torture of creation.
