When You’re Lost, Just Read This: A Poem

Sometimes it’s okay

To not know where you’re going.

Sometimes it’s okay

To figure it out, as you go.

But no matter what hardships

May come your way

Just as you get through the highs

You’ll get through the lows.

When motivation is lacking

Know, I’m cheering right beside you.

When motivation is lacking

It’s okay to take a break.

Promise me you’ll keep placing

One foot in front of the other

Try to keep on smiling

As you make it through each day.

If you need to cry

Then cry

If you need to scream

Then Scream

But No matter what emotions

Threaten to overtake you

You are more worthy

than you think

You are stronger

than you seem.
