Writer’s Thoughts: A Poem

You’re
Not
A
Real
Writer.
You
Don’t
Know
What
You’re
Doing.
You
Should
Just
Give
Up
Already.
If
You
Were
Actually
Good,
This
Would
Come
Easy
To
You.
You
Make
Too
Many
Mistakes.
You
Don’t
Have
Any
More
Good
Ideas.
Not
That
Your
Old
Ideas
Were
Better
Than
Mediocre
To
Begin
With.
You
Used
To
Write
For
Fun.
Now
You’re
Afraid.
The
Ink
Has
Dried
Up
In
Your
Pen.
The
Lead
in
your
pencil
has
snapped.
The
Pages
Are
All
Stuck
Together.
Just
Quit
While
You’re
Ahead.
