A Gentle Pause

A Haiku Poem-
Harmonizing with nature
For a brief moment
We should learn to pause,
Like a bird on a tree branch
Watching the sunset
And collect our thoughts-
Those errant butterflies that
Slip through our fingers-
Creating space to
Breathe in the vast universe
And recall our worth.
