Uncertain is Okay
There’s someone she wants to be
There’s a goal she aims to achieve
There’s a pedestal she pines to climb onto
She’s been given a map, but without a navigator
Her temple pounds, her heart races, and her fingers drum
As she stares intensely at her empty vision board
Alas, she sees only a reflection of her clueless demeanor
She’s uncertain, you see
She glares at the end but can’t find the path.
Tell her to calm down a notch
Whisper to her that she doesn’t need ten sudden steps; just one
Report to her that the blank sheets require no perfect plans yet
Tell Susan that it’s okay
to take the first wobbly steps without total understanding
