Waiting for spring weather is on top of most people’s lists; however, allergy symptoms make some people dread the return of this popular season. There are so many factors that can cause allergies in the spring. With new life popping up in the spring from weeds, grass, and pollen from trees this can cause a variety of allergy symptoms.

Another big cause of allergies in the spring is when mold spores hit their peak.

Some ways to prevent suffering from these seasonal allergies are to:

  • Vacuum and dust your home often
  • Avoid hanging your clothes outside
  • Shower before going to bed at night
  • Use an air conditioner versus having the windows open in your home and car
  • Check how high the pollen count is and try to avoid being outdoors when the count is high

If you do happen to end up with these allergy symptoms some of the treatments are:

  • Eye Drops
  • Oral antihistamines
  • Nasal Sprays
  • Over the counter medications
