When you take care of everyone,
who takes care of you?
Do you become burdened
with the problems of the world
while neglecting yourself?
Does the well-being of your comrades
come before your own?
Does it make you feel guilty
when you plant your own seeds,
tend to your garden,
and pick out the weeds?

One cannot pour from an empty cup.
You must do things that fill it up.
Guard your emotions with a wary eye.
Some people are here as spies.
Be careful when playing that game,
So that you do not become the same.
