Coffee House Writers’ Recruiting team members are the first point of contact when a person is to apply to be an intern at CHW! When an applicant applies, our Recruiting team emails them explaining more about our team and requesting writing samples, a resume, references, and their availability for a phone interview. Once all items are received, a phone interview will be scheduled and conducted by our optimistic Recruiting Officers! Our Recruiting Officers were selected because of their passion, drive, and knowledge of our team as well as their compassion towards others. They are professional and proficient in collecting all of the information needed to make an educated decision on if an applicant would be a good fit with our company. They are skilled in documenting all applicants, collecting their information, and conducting phone interviews. Our Recruiting Officers work together to achieve the most professional first look into being a Coffee House Writer.
