Time After Time

time after time
we always seem to repeat
never learning, but always questioning
the strangeness of the world.

constant distractions
interrupting the quiet
losing focus
changing channels

the craving for something chill
a way to simply exist without the stress
to stop and smell the roses
we must make the time

try to find that one thing that brings you joy
and never let it go
take the walk in the woods
play with the dog or the cat

do whatever you can to find the moments of peace
in this ever changing world
for nothing more than peace of mind.
