Staying grateful can be difficult. I have put together a list of 24 blessings that people can be thankful for.

  1. The holiday of Thanksgiving which takes place in America on the 24th of November.
  2. Holiday festivals. All of the colors and the lights, and happy times make everyone feel warm and fuzzy.
  3. Warm blankets. Warm fuzzy blankets are one of my favorite fall things.
  4. Love. I’m thankful for all my loved ones. Love is more than romance and comes in many forms. Strong bonds with others make me feel happy and safe.
  5. TV reruns. There is always something so comfy about old TV shows.
  6. Fall colors. I’m thankful for all the wonderful oranges, reds, and yellows to be seen this time of year.
  7. Social media. Social media gives me a way to share my work and talk to family and friends.
  8. Puppies. I love my puppies because they keep me safe and make me feel loved.
  9. I’m thankful for cheery holiday music. For obvious reasons.
  10. Puppy snuggles to wake up makes for the best days.
  11. I’m thankful for my ability to march to the beat of my own drummer. I like me, most of the time.
  12. I’m thankful to live in a place with all four seasons. Each season is special in its own way. Winter lets me play with Dog in the snow, spring has butterflies, summer has pool parties, and fall has the holiday season.
  13. I’m thankful for cozy sweaters.
  14. I’m thankful for mashed potatoes. They are the best part of every Thanksgiving dinner.
  15. I’m thankful for my big, crazy, loving, blended family.
  16.  I’m thankful for the holiday classics. Snoopy is my favorite.
  17. Hot coffee is something that I’m thankful for year-round, but there is something so cozy about hot coffee on a cold day.
  18. I’m a weirdo. I’m thankful for rainy fall days.
  19. I’m thankful for all my fellow writers who inspire me to keep writing.
  20. I’m thankful for Christmas movies that air in November.
  21. I’m thankful for bats. They are my favorite animal; they help keep humans safe from disease, and they’re adorable.
  22. I’m thankful for the awesome doctors that I have been blessed with.
  23. I’m thankful that I’m in touch with my inner child.
  24. I’m thankful for my niece, who is the cutest little person ever.

What are you thankful for?
