The world is changing
Becoming a nation
Under rule and authority
So help me supremacy

The world has changed
Where the bad guys lost
The heroes have fallen
Buried in ash and dust

The world is different
Becoming parent and God
Where they know best
We don’t

The world is not the same
Dreams are assigned
Dreams have died
Humanity nonexistent

The world became a horror
Bringing hell on earth
The innocent discarded
The innocent slaughtered

For if they can’t be shaped
In their own image
They are of no use
They are garbage

The heavenly stars and angels
Weep for our self-destruction
The discord and chaos
Brought on by kings

Brought on by greedy slugs
Eating the fruit of our labor
With full bellies in content
Among the naked starving souls

The corrupt kings look below
The trusting crowd full of hope
Only to declare false promise
Half hearted assurances

We became a land that is foreign
We became a nation divided
We became a society from fiction
We became a culture distorted

We became a nightmare
No one would wish on any enemy
We became a sacrificial lamb
To a future we did not ask for

One nation under government
Divisible
With no liberty
No justice for all
