Why Adults Love Bluey

As a 30-year-old grown woman. I’m addicted to all things, Disney. Recently, I have fallen in love with the cartoon Bluey. My three-year-old niece got me hooked on the show. Bluey is about a family of Heeler dogs. The dogs live with their human viewers and have normal days. The family lives an everyday suburban life in Australia. This article will get you hooked on Bluey too. Here are the reasons that I adore this canine delight.

Cute and Colorful Animations

I’m just a big kid. I love all the colors and animals on the screen.

Examples of Good Parenting. The patriarch, a Blue healer called Bandit, is my favorite TV dad. He is always having fun with his kids and teaching them life lessons. His pups are not punished for misdeeds; instead, they are taught to reason. In the Episode titled “Dad Robot,” Bluey and her sister Bingo try to trick their father into cleaning their playroom by playing robot. This leads to Bandit pretending to glitch and throwing the girls into the bin, so they can’t dirty their playroom again. This shows the kids that they must clean up their own messes.

Kid-Friendly Adult Themes

The show’s grown-ups can be seen getting tipsy off “lemonade.” What alcoholic drink pairs well with something sweet and lemony? I love Easter eggs for adults!

Playful Puppies

I have a Heeler mix and know from experience just how crazy they are. And I love how the puppies are portrayed.

Side note my puppy is chewing my computer chair to get my attention while I type this. A house full of playful Heeler pups seems very real and indearing to dog Mamas like me.

Love

The most important and wonderful thing about Bluey is that the family cares for each other, and the siblings fight but work things out. The parents keep the spark alive and spend time together.
