Mine

Lips part and blood
floods through my veins.
Our hearts thumping with
a steady rhythm like a drum
with every pump.

The groaning and moaning are felt
within my vibrant soul.
Heat flushes through my skin,
my porcelain complexion,
each breath hitched and shallow.

Your husky voice whispers
my name like a silent siren echo,
brushing against my flimsy paper skin
soft and light as a gentle feather.
Creating goosebumps and eager anticipation.

A mantra I am unable to keep
from repeating over and over,
manifesting as if it could
happen of my sheer, sturdy will.
A feat in our star-decorated universe!

As your skin brushes against mine
connecting our souls woven in fate,
the skies above make sweet, unprovoked love
to the calloused earth that is home,
lost within the deep, fathomless waters.

A contagious infection overwhelms
my poor, sheltered gem of existence
As I delight in the taste of your honeyed lips
against mine like a vagabond
savors the taste of liquor.
